EDS assists victims who are injured as a result of an automobile accident, premises liability, dog bites, assaults or any other types of personal injury case. Even if you do not have healthcare insurance, EDS will help pay for the medical treatment that you need on a lien. A lien is a document signed by an injured patient and their attorney that asserts that the injured party will pay for the medical services received once the lawsuit settles. EDS will carry the lien for the injured party to assure he/she gets the medical treatments they need.

There are no costs or monthly interest charges to doing this, and there are no co-pays or cash deposits either. EDS will be paid back by the proceeds of the settlement of your case.

Personal Injury clients do not need to wait till they get their case settled before receiving any medical treatment. If you cannot find a provider that will treat you a lien basis, you can have your current physician or attorney contact us or you can use one of our contracted providers.

EDS does not recommend using companies that provide pre-settlement loans to help pay your needed medical treatments. This is because medical loans charge interest fees that can go as high as 10 percent a month as well as upfront deposits and origination fees. These loans can actually accumulate over time and may be as high as how much your case settles for, which in just increases the stress of financial burden. EDS gives personal injury patients an opportunity to receive medical treatment with no out of pocket fees or monthly interest charges, no matter how long the case takes to settle.
